2. Services Provided

Radiant Landscape Maintenance LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping services, including but not limited to:

Landscape maintenance
Tree trimming and tree removal
Irrigation installation and repair
Hardscaping
Turf installation
Pre-emergent and weed control applications
Power washing (where applicable)

All services are subject to availability and written approval via estimate, proposal, or signed contract.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection.
Hidden conditions (underground utilities, root systems, soil instability, etc.) may result in additional charges.
Time-and-materials work will be billed at the agreed hourly rate plus materials.

We reserve the right to modify pricing if project scope changes.

4. Deposits & Payments

For larger projects, we may require:

50% deposit prior to scheduling
Progress payments for multi-phase projects
Final balance due upon completion

Payment terms for maintenance contracts may vary by agreement.

Failure to make payments may result in:

Project delays
Suspension of services
Collection actions where permitted by law

5. Scheduling & Access

Clients must:

Provide clear and safe access to the property
Secure pets prior to service
Remove personal property from work areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Restricted property access
Utility conflicts
Municipal restrictions
Material shortages

6. Property Damage & Liability

Radiant Landscape Maintenance LLC is fully insured. However:

We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage.
Underground utilities not properly marked are the responsibility of the property owner.
Damage to irrigation lines, drain pipes, or electrical lines not disclosed prior to work may incur additional repair costs.
Tree removal and trimming may result in lawn disturbance; minor ground repair is not included unless stated.

Client agrees that landscaping work carries inherent risks.

7. Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Plant material warranties are subject to proper irrigation and maintenance.
Sod/turf warranties require proper watering and care.
